So pleased we booked the Beach House it felt a bit like staying with family. Nothing was too much trouble, John and his wife were very friendly, helpful and attentive making us all feel welcome including our 12 year old son.
The room was lovely, clean and spacious with a sea view, the beds were very comfy and the bathroom, although not as modern as the bedroom, was clean and roomy.
This B&B is a well priced jewel in Llandudno's crown and I hope we have an excuse to come and stay again. Read less

The hotel was close to the Tram and Pier but also close to the town centre,so it was an ideal location.
The owners were very helpful and friendly and nothing was a problem.
