The seaview, windows that actually open enough to let fresh sea air in and the efficient and friendly staff. Even the owner was happy to sit in the bar and chat.

Slightly confused with this one!! Different people have different preferences about pillows and the toiletries in the bathroom (sorry, obviously a forgetful moment by the chamber person) could have been sorted by a quick call to reception. Reasonable rating given, but would not recommend to a friend? Sorry, still confused by this one!!! Jenny xx

A warm welcome awaits visitors to The Balmoral hotel, which has one of the best locations in town. The Balmoral is the perfect destination for visitors of all ages.
The hotel is family run, in an informal, friendly atmosphere, offering home comforts and excellent traditional cuisine. Our aim if for our guests to have an enjoyable and relaxing stay.
The bedrooms are comfortably furnished with many having glorious sea views. Each bedroom has a bathroom or shower en-suite, as well as colour television and complimentary tea and coffee. Direct dial phones are installed in each bedroom. We also offer free Wi-Fi internet access for guests with their own laptops. There is a level access from our large car park and lift to all floors. We offer free parking and can accommodate up to 35 cars.
For the business user, we have two rooms suitable for meetings and conferrences. The Windsor Suite, with its own bar and dance floor for private functions and parties, is capable of seating up to 80 people theatre style. The Balmoral Suite can seat up to 40 people theatre style and has stunning views across the bay.
The Balmoral is just a stone's throw from the Bournemouth International Centre (BIC) which offers top entertainment and exhibition facilities. This makes The Balmoral and ideal location for tourists and conference delegates alike.
