Balloan House is Situated in the small village of Marybank at the gateway to the beautiful valley of Strathconon an ideal spot for Touring the north and west highlands.
It is 10 minutes from the river conon a well known salmon river.

Walking ,Munro Bagging and Mountain Biking are very popular in the area so you can enjoy our open spaces. We are with in driving distance of many golf courses the nearest at strathpeffer just 4 miles away. There is a wealth of wildlife in the area and Spectacular Scenery . A Warm Welcome awaits you.

At Balloan House we offer 5 comfortable en-suite bedrooms. Each room has tea and coffee making facilities, en-suite shower and freeview television.

Our dining area extends to the conservatory so you can enjoy your breakfast and newspaper in the early morning sun.

We have a lounge/public bar area where residents and locals can relax after a days activities with a wee dram.

Within the Grounds of Balloan House we offer a self catering chalet for larger groups, families and those looking for a little more independence.

The Chalet has 2 en-suite rooms (sleeps 4), a large living area, kitchen and a dining area in the conservatory. All linen is supplied and for the rainier days freeview television is available.
