The room lacked an en-suite bathroom, but as I say it was the cheapest room, and the bathroom was just down the hallway.

The Ascot Guest House is only a short walk to the town centre, providing ample shopping facilities and superb restaurant's to suit all tastes. An equal distance brings you to Blackpool Tower, Wintergardens, Hounds Hill Shopping Centre, Night Clubs, Working men's clubs and lovely clean Sandy Beaches.
All these are just 5-10 minute walk from the guesthouse. more about attractions We have space for up to 5 cars on the front of the property and there is secure parking for motorbikes at the rear. All our parking carries a small surcharge. If you are not using a car during your stay then public transport is within easy reach. There are 8 rooms available, 5 with en-suite facilities and equipped with colour TV's and Tea / Coffee making facilities. The Ascot is a small, friendly run guest house, ideally situated in a quiet location yet only a few minutes walk from both the traditional coastal attractions and town centre amenities.
My aim is to provide all my guests with a standard of service and accommodation which I would expect for myself. I pride myself on my easy going friendliness together with traditional efficiency and welcome everyone as friends into my own home. Whether your stay is on business, a holiday or short break, you may be assured of my personal attention to your requirements.............
