Arrandale Hotel

Situated in the oldest part of Ayr in the midst of a cavalcade of wonderful 19th century architecture, the Arrandale Hotel enjoys the perfect location between the splendid Ayr beach with it's wonderful Esplanade walks, and also shopping/dining scene including easy access to all travel depots. It is a very old traditional building dating back to the 1840s with lots of character and charm and it's only two minutes to the Bus Station, 10 minute walk to the Railway Station and 10 minute drive to Glasgow Prestwick International Airport and also the Ferry Terminals to Ireland We are within easy reach of the top Golf Courses in the area, Prestwick Old Course, Turnberry & Royal Troon to name but a few and we are happy to arrange all golf packages free of charge. As local owners we have a fund of local knowledge on dining, visitor attractions etc.......... and we are here to help. We are happy to arrange early morning breakfast and late check in by prior arrangement. If you need a taxi, a table booked for dinner or indeed any assistance that will make your stay just that bit more enjoyable we will be delighted to help - pampering is our hobby at the Arrandale. If you need any special requirements or want to celebrate a Special Birthday or Anniversay with a bottle/flowers/fruit/chocolates to surprise a loved one - give us a ring prior to your stay

Start the day with a home cooked breakfast using the best local ingredients before exploring the ever popular Culzean Castle and Robert Burns Cottage in Alloway. Day trips tothe Isle of Arran and Glasgow are very easy to make too, in fact there are a whole host of places to visit using Ayr as your base- the little coastal towns of Prestwick and Troon are only a few minutes drive.

We have hosted a few very successful and very enjoyable "family get together" weekends during the off peak times (with greatly reduced off peak rates) These can be tailor made to suit your needs - we do the rest!
