Arden House

Arden Guest House is situated in Kingussie in the heart of Cairngorm National Park . Set in its own garden grounds with a large private car park, the house is a lovely example of a Highland Victorian Villa. It retains many period features and has been sympathetically refurbished and creates a peaceful and tranquil setting where you can relax in comfort. Arden House is situated at the West End of Kingussie, within easy walking distance of the Town Centre with it's wide range of facilities. The town is accessed adjacent to the A9 road approximately 70miles north of Perth and 43 miles south of Inverness. Kingussie has much to offer the outdoor enthusiast with activities such as climbing, rambling, pony trekking and skiing in the winter months, as well as a challenging 18 hole hillside golf course. The area is also popular with wildlife watchers and those interested in places of historic interest.

There are five en-suite bedrooms including a ground floor family room suitable for assisted wheelchair access (one step at front door), a King-size Victorian Bedroom with roll top bath, a Four Poster Bedroom, a Double Bedroom and a Twin room, all with showers. The comfortable rooms are decorated to a high standard with FreeSat T.V., Wi-Fi, hair drier, tea and coffee making facilities, alarm clock, complimentary toileteries and fluffy white towels.
Guests are welcome to come and go as they please during the day.

We pride ourselves on caring for our Guests. A full Scottish Breakfast is offered together with Fresh Fruit, Yoghurts, Porridge and Cereals or a Continental Breakfast as a lighter option, and we will endeavour to cater for special diets with a little notice. Breakfast is served between 8am and 9.30am but earlier breakfasts are available on request.There are many excellent cafes and restaurants in Kingussie as well as in nearby Aviemore .
