The Alma is roughly 150 years old and visitors are treated to real open fires, exposed stone walls, stone-flagged floors, exposed pine beams, fine-dining, Italian restaurant and a traditional Yorkshire warm welcome.
As well as being a fine food and drink establishment, we also have 5-luxurious en-suite bedrooms available for bed and breakfast and corporate hotel styled accommodation. Each is individually designed and furnished to an extremely high standard, three of which have some of the best views you could ever wish to wake up to.
Fabulous Food High quality cuisine at The Alma is top priority. The Alma Inn is open every night for meals as well as the Fresco Restaurant. Restaurant menu can be served in bar and Informal bar meals and Pizzas are served all day from 12 noon onwards. Fresco Pizzeria & Ristorante boasts the only wood-burning pizza oven in the region. Fresco’s is in easy reach of many local areas such as Hebden Bridge, Halifax, Elland, Luddenden Foot and Ripponden.
