Its friendly feel and quietness. Breakfast was fantastic, accommodating both adults and children adequately. Location was great for the shops, tower and winter gardens.
Dislikes:
The decor needed updating it looked very tired.

We are a family run hotel with superb home cooking.
Situated in the heart of Blackpool, close to the Winter Gardens, Hounds Hill Shopping Centre and the world famous Blackpool Tower.
Breakfast and Evening meals are prepared freshly on the premises from local suppliers in Lancashire. Special dietary requirements catered for. Colour TVs in all rooms and Free view available in some. The Albany prides itself on doing some things a little different, very cheap Bar prices to match the local Working men's Clubs. Chocolates (Miniature Heroes, Quality Street, Roses) in all rooms replenished each week. Tea & coffee making facilities in all rooms too.
Blackpool - Britain’s most popular holiday destination - is crammed with thrills and excitement, making every visit a fun-filled adventure. White-knuckle-seekers can experience the adrenalin of the Pepsi Max Big One, Infusion and other thrilling rides to set the pulse racing at the world-famous Pleasure Beach Resort, or slide the world’s longest indoor rollercoaster waterslide at Sandcastle Waterpark.
