Karen was the best part, she sings along to the radio while making you a beautiful breakfast, talks to you, asks questions and makes suggestions which are very good. The rooms were excellent!

Great Price for what you get. Moderate walking location to the Royal Mile (20 min) and Tourist areas. Quiet street with no traffic noise. Very clean room and bathroom.
Dislikes:
Not that it was an issue for me - but the shower is small for anyone over 6 feet tall.
