Both houses are located near the town centre of St Austell and only walking distance to the railway and bus station, the famous Eden Project only 7 minutes drive. 3 local Golf Courses, Truro Cathedral City, the beautiful town of Fowey, the Roseland Peninsula, Heligan Gardens, surf beaches, cliff walking, round Cornwall cycle track are all within easy reach.
